I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens and so close to the vibrant restaurant strip. The rooms were spacious and modern, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff members were incredibly hospitable and made my visit memorable. However, the restaurant felt a bit antiquated in today's standards, and the absence of air conditioning in the Australian TV+ rooms was a slight inconvenience.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully equipped with a nice en suite bathroom, located on the second level with great aircon which was much appreciated, and boasting a spacious private balcony. The service was exceptional, as I was on good terms with every staff member who showed great hospitality. The location is perfect, nestled in beautiful gardens and very close to Seminyak beach. The dining, although not included, offered delicious soup. The facilities were impressive, catering to all my needs.
